Paul Spanswick
Chairman
Paul has enjoyed a stellar career in Investment Banking working as a senior finance professional at Citi Group and UBS before joining Nomura, where over the course of a 22 year career he held positions including EMEA CFO and EMEA COO before joining the Group Level Executive Committee as Group CAO and Deputy Chief of Staff. He has a proven track record in managing complex change and firm-wide transformation initiatives, crisis management, merger integration, delivering efficiencies, strengthening financial and operational controls, managing complex stakeholder relationships and developing future leaders. Most recently he has embarked on a non-executive career and is currently a non-executive director of a number of Nomura entities across Europe. Amongst his other non-executive roles he also serves as the Chairman of Teenage Cancer Trust and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Lineten . Levrara Consulting Group is therefore significantly strengthened by having Paul as our Chairman.
DEVESH MEHTA
Chief Executive Officer
Devesh started at Deloitte & Touche, before going on to join Nomura’s finance function holding many senior positions including EMEA Controller, EMEA CFO & EMEA CAO as well as Global Head of Risk & Finance Change.
He was a board director of the European Holding Company as well as the UK Banking entity. He moved to Grant Thornton where, as a Financial Services Consulting Partner he successfully led the flagship Business Risk Services team before going on to Co-Head all of Grant Thornton’s Financial Services Advisory Practices. Devesh founded Levrara in January 2018 and served as its CEO for the last four years.
AWDHESH KRISHNA
Vice Chair
Awdhesh is a seasoned professional with a global leadership background at companies like Godrej, GE, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura. Specializing in impactful mentoring and strategy development, he played a key role in joint ventures and successful business transformations. With a versatile skill set, he founded a successful HR consulting practice in India in 2004.
Awdhesh is known for driving sustainability, innovation, and organisation design. As a respected thought leader, he maintains close ties with academia and is a frequent speaker at national and international forums.
PRIYA SINGHANIA
Vice Chair
Priya is a seasoned finance professional with a 30-year career in the Banking and Finance Industry. Her journey includes serving as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP and occupying leadership roles in renowned MNCs. Notable positions in her career encompass Executive Director Finance at Nomura, Finance Director, and Global Finance ExCo member at Deutsche Bank, and Chief Financial Officer at Marsh India.
In the earlier phase of her career, Priya played significant roles, such as Vice President Finance and Strategy at ABN Amro Bank and Controller and Global Policy Lead at American Express Bank.
Beyond her corporate career, she actively engages in the social sector as a volunteer. She serves as an advisor at Toolbox India. Here, she provides mentorship to NGOs in strategy, governance, and fundraising.
PRANAV SHAH
Head Of India Prcatice
Pranav is an experienced professional holding a Master's Degree in Finance and a Professional Project Management Certification. He commenced his career as a Business Analyst, contributing to the development of outstanding technology solutions for the financial markets in India and the Middle East at 63 Moons (formerly known as Financial Technology). Following this role, he dedicated a considerable period to regulatory transformation projects at BNP Paribas. Since joining the Levrara Group, Pranav excels in dynamic and challenging settings, utilizing his strategic thinking and interpersonal abilities to successfully accomplish his primary goals of business development and overseeing deliveries for Indian clients.
